Royal Orient  Bamboo Shoot (Slices) are picked and packed when they are at their very best to bring authentic flavor to oriental dishes. Perfect for stir-fries, curries, and soups. They are suitable for stir-frying with meat, poultry, and fish along with oriental vegetables.

Storage & Use:

You can fry it with green peppers and pork, or put it into soup. Bamboo Shoots should be rinsed and drained prior to cooking. Store at room temperature. Once opened empty contents into a suitable container, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
